We hold bans on our system until there is a successful appeal.
During the appeals process we request a valid email address only as a method of communication. After the appeal process has finished we retain the communications for 6 months and then delete the data.
We never send data outside of the RustyBan system. The RustyBan Plugins checks agains our API if there is a ban registered or not but at no point sends back any information to the querying server.
Information collected during ban appeals may be sent to the Jury Staff.
Jury Staff will not receive the appealers Email address.
You have the right to request that we remove any information collected about yourself during the appeals process at anytime, however doing so during an active appeal will invalidate the appeal process.
If you have sent any communications to us, You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If your SteamID appears on our system you cannot request that your ID is removed, however you can appeal the ban via the ban appeals process.
If you wish to make any requests or talk to us about how we handle your data, you can do so via our main email address [email protected]
At the time of writing, Information regarding bans is received from:

RustyBan may work with local authority groups in the effort to aid an investigation on request.
At that time RustyBan will pass any information we hold over to the authority body as long as they for-fill the required legal requirements to obtain said information.
If we find evidence that there has been a data breach we will rectify the issue and contact the parties involved ASAP
